The Francis Crick Institute have done the best job I have seen so far of publishing SOPs for their testing set up:
Notably, they have detailed SOPs and operator data sheets for making up buffers including inactivation buffer and wash buffer for a kit-free RNA extraction protocol.
Has anyone else found good sources of SOPs such as this?
