Making a more accessible synthetic biology competition
Gogec was formed because there have been many students interested in synthetic biology who are able to find the resources to do research, but not the money to register for other competitions or conferences. Gogec provides an opportunity for more people to participate in a truly global synthetic biology competition. We hope Gogec can enable those students to show off their work and meet other like-minded scientists!
Our goal is to enable anyone to compete and learn about synthetic biology, even if they have limited funding or aren’t part of an existing academic establishment.
