There was an interesting presentation at the latest Coronavirus Standards WG Steering Committee Meeting: “Notes from the Field” on what it takes to develop and operate a high-demand clinical laboratory from Bobbi Pritt of the Mayo Clinic.
It includes a comprehensive timeline of events relevant to the development of testing and the infrastructure surrounding it, and described their experience with managing supply chain and materials availability.
