Our laboratory has conducted studies on pulmonary dystomatosis in Côte d’Ivoire and Benin, where cases have been detected, sometimes with pulmonary and cerebral complications.
We would like to collaborate with expert teams, particularly in serology, molecular biology, and phylogenetics, to make progress and, ultimately, identify the species circulating in these two countries. Furthermore, the study of crustaceans and mollusks would be invaluable in identifying intermediate hosts.
