Hello Reclone Community 
During yesterday’s community call, we introduced a proposal for a new Reclone structure built around Working Groups (and also shared our 2025 Report — thank you to everyone who joined!).
As our network continues to grow across regions, we believe this structure will help us better coordinate efforts, distribute leadership, and create more opportunities for meaningful engagement. The proposed Working Groups will focus on key areas: Technology, Operations, Training & Education, and Community.
This is a community-driven network, and this structure is meant to reflect that. We’re sharing the proposal here to invite your feedback, suggestions, and interest in getting involved.
