I’m working with UN Technology Bank, UNDP and WHO on mapping existing manufacturing capacity in Africa, Latin America and Asia that could be used for COVID diagnostics. Please add as much info to the spreadsheet as you can if you know of either:
- Existing manufacturers of molecular diagnostic tests
- Manufacturers of research reagents or other biotech companies that are currently or could possible repurpose their manufacturing
@David_Lu is also looking into this but due to the wide spread of languages and geographies, your input is essential!
We will make this dataset available and it will be used to inform programmes that support local manufacturing.
