MSF have just published a policy brief on local diagnostics to meet local health needs which really emphasises open sharing of know-how and IP and may be useful for many of you:
I’d like to mention that they kicked off their mapping of diagnostics manufacturers in LMICs by building on the one compiled by the Reclone Community so well done everyone who helped with that! 
We are also arranging the next Reclone Symposium on 28 July to focus on some of these issues and offer practical tips for those of you involved in advocacy (even if you don’t realise it), be that in your institutions, country, region or other networks.
