This Working Group category is for coordinating, curating, and updating the documentation of all Open DNA Collections (ODC) that Reclone stewards.
We are looking for volunteers to help with this!

How you can join/help?
- Join our Open Working Sessions - an open and informal drop in/out session for working on Reclone ODC activities and getting to know other community members.
- Each session will be announced as new topic on the Forum in this category. If you wish, you will be able to indicate on the posts whether you are Going, Interested, or Not Going to a particular session.
- Even if you can’t stay for the full session, you can say you’re Interested / Going.
- You can also see all upcoming Open Working Sessions on the Forum Calendar, and add events to your own calendars directly too.
- Whilst we plan to use the Reclone GitHub to raise and track any issues with parts/collections, we welcome you to also raise issues here if you’re not yet comfortable with using GitHub.
- Note: there will be at least one session in the future about how to use GitHub for our Reclone projects, so be sure to look out for these as events on the Forum Calendar if that’s of interest!
- Finally, we don’t have all the answers, and we look to you and your expertise to help build these resources together, so do take a little time to tell us about yourself! It only takes 5 min to do just one of these:
- Post in the Introducing yourself and the work you do topic about yourself;
- Add details to your Forum User Profile;
- Add info about you (name, location, links, expertise, needs) onto the Community Member Map
